Alex Fan Hoi-kit, born in 1987, is a practicing barrister in Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) as well as an Accredited General Mediator (Hong Kong). He serves as Member of  Youth Development Commission,  Travel Industry Authority and other boards of the Hong Kong SAR Government. Previously, Fan served the Prosecutions Division and the Civil Litigation Unit of the Department of Justice of  the Hong Kong SAR  Government. Among others,  he is President of  International  Youth Legal Exchange  Federation,  President of Hong  Kong Young Leaders Development Association, and Part-time Lecturer with the Department of Law of the University of Hong Kong. Fan has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, company law, land law, trust law and international commercial arbitration.
