Deng Feng
Deng Feng, (PhD), serves as Professor of Law at Peking University Law School and Director of the Center for Law and Economics. His extensive affiliations include appointments as Senior Research Fellow at Tsinghua University's Institute of People's Livelihood Economy, Research Fellow at Renmin University's Economic Law Research Center, and Adjunct Professor at Macau City University Faculty of Law.
At the national policy level, he contributes as an Expert Advisory Group Member for the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council and sits on the Legal Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Transport. His professional leadership encompasses roles as Council Member of the China Law Society, Executive Council Member of the Beijing Law Society, Executive Vice President of the China Commercial Law Association and Committee Member of the China Insurance Society's Legal Affairs Commission.
Professor Deng's scholarly expertise focuses on corporate law, general theory of economic law, law and economics, and the foundational principles of civil and commercial law.
