Dr. Thomas So Shiu Tsung

Dr. Thomas So (Hong Kong, China), serves as Chairman of the Board of the Hong Kong Financial Dispute Resolution Centre and Chairman of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre. A two-term member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) since its 13th Session, he isconcurrently a Partner at Grandall Zimmern Law Firm.

Dr.So sits on the arbitrator panels of multiple leading arbitration institutions, including: CIETAC, SCA, SHIAC, SCIA, AIAC, HKIAC. Hiscross-border mediation credentials encompass roles as:Accredited Mediator for Guangdong Courts' Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association and Macau World Trade Center Arbitration Institute. He is also the China-Appointed Attesting Officer.

Previously, Thomas served as Deputy Judge of Hong Kong's District Court and Deputy Registrar of the High Court of Hong Kong, and chaired the Law Society of Hong Kong. He maintains legal practice qualifications across multiple jurisdictions including Mainland China, Hong Kong, and several common law jurisdictions, collectively spanning over two decades of transnational legal experience.
